Max Christopher Frazier, Esq. is currently a commercial litigation attorney at a private law firm in Chicago, Il. Mr. Frazier’s current areas of practice include commercial litigation, insurance coverage matters, and cannabis law. Mr. Frazier has primarily worked in civil litigation and prides himself on handling matters effectively and efficiently for every case he works on.
Prior to joining his current firm, Mr. Frazier practiced at a mid-sized defense law firm handling medical malpractice matters. He has represented and advised businesses, insurance carriers and individuals in a variety of healthcare, consumer finance and premises liability matters. Mr. Frazier has also participated and advised on issues pertaining to risk management and all forms of litigation.
Mr. Frazier is licensed to practice in Illinois, and is admitted to the federal court in the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Frazier is a graduate of Roosevelt University (B.A. 2013), and of The John Marshall Law School (J.D. 2017) where he received the CALI award in Criminal Law and was a member of the John Marshall Law Review. Mr. Frazier is a member of the Chicago and Cook County Bar Associations.
Mr. Frazier’s goal has always been to uplift the city that raised him and the minority communities he has called home for over three decades.
